I just started looking in Yucca and JT seems like competition is pretty stiff for initial purchase, we lost a house last week to an all cash offer and are suppose to get a decision on another offer tomorrow (I get the feeling we were not aggressive enough) - still trying to evaluate if Yucca (city) or JT (county) is better for the near future.
