Many of the level 1 trauma centers will likely have a need for travel nurses, but the need for travel healthcare professionals in hospitals changes based on many factors: temporary shortage of staff in a particular unit, budget, patient census, conversion to per diem instead of travel contracts, etc.

I have 30+ units and on a regular month usually only spend about 5 hours total on management things, most of which involves collecting rents and bookkeeping.

This would need to be structured that if your rent is at or below your mortgage payment, the portion of the mortgage payment going towards principal is more than all other expenses (and hopefully more than budgeted capex).
