There is not one that happens every month specifically for Multifamily; however, the OCFIBI and OCREIA are good ones to look into because they have a lot of well known speakers that talk about a ton of stuff and some are multifamily investors.

Does this agent have any interest in being a panelist/speaker at any local events?

There are a few good ones- NOREIA is a paid meeting and has national speakers every month along with basic and advanced meetups.

I went to a meetup recently where everyone was doing their best to pretend that there's absolutely nothing savage about landlording in Yinzburgh, especially the speaker.

I saw my partner twice before I realized he would be a good fit to work with as he was a guest speaker at both and I attended one of his builds.
