Doesn't really sound like a large claim. 

It sounds like you've had a good experience so far.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

It sounds like what you really need is a handyman that you could send out when you need for on the ground maintenance.

So really need to do some deep market research, haha, but not so willing to pay for this, at least not at this stage when I'm just starting out.

It sounds like the reverse mortgage company is offering a path for you to buy it - which is more than they have to do.  

It sounds as if you have a property management issue on your hands.

If so, it sounds like the 1031 exchange makes sense?
