I live in Owasso, Ok and grew up the son of a carpenter.  

Btw Mathew, I saw a little bit of New Braunfels when we went to visit our son in San Antonio and I really liked that area.

I grew up in Palo Alto and 47 years ago I had saved $25,000 when I was 19 years old.

My son has had good success with Best Bey scratch and dent, and you can find them almost anyway.

@Marcus Gold, my son will enlist in the Marines when he graduates from high school in June 2017.  

Tenant was great, but moved out ... come to find out that in all the time her and her infant son lived there the AC and heat never worked, so they went through a Phoenix summer with no AC and my PM seemed surprised.

Although house flipping and BRRR have always seemed interesting to me, I've fallen into a couple opportunities to do those, with minimal risk, but also minimal effort.The first home I purchased was '06 when my son was born that I rehabbed with my father (a retired contractor).
