We have been around the bigger pockets community for over a decade now and have more 5 star reviews on bigger pockets than any company on this website in any industry (>270 5 Star reviews).

Call a different number you found online associated with the same company, etc. 

OPIf you have a company with a Sales tax license.  

I run Blaze Real Estate a property management company in Amarillo.

I called every company in town to get someone out to cable or hydrojet the line.

I would list natural and inexpensive methods of "curing cancer" that of course don't make money for the doctor and pharmaceutical companies, so they are not utilized.

Take into account your mortgage, a property management company and other expenses and you are lucky if you net $300. 

I am also willing to work for a more experienced investor or property management company in any capacity, be that market research, deal sourcing, property management assistance, rental optimization, or anything else needed.
