Where has urban growth?

Housing and Urban Development today announced HUD will speed federal disaster assistance to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and provide support to homeowners and low-income renters forced from their homes due to Hurricane Irma.Yesterday, President Trump issued a major disaster declaration for Culebra and Vieques municipalities.

Society as a whole seems to have a tough time learning.  

However, from the builder's experience, he notes that there are still a lot of restrictions on building through modular construction, specifically in cities and large urban areas.

These coworkers prefer the non-urban feel of the area, larger property lots, less dense etc.  

The country is moving more and more toward a renter society, and multi has better cash flow over time than SFR.If I saw that deal and didn't jump on it, it would be one of those I regret missing.

Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.
