I used to look at apartments or houses as if I was buying them and I also figured on spending at least a little bit on maintenance even though I was renting --- for things like light bulbs or grass seed and fertilizer for the lawn.

it's the best house we've seen in 6 months - perfect rehab and i mean PERFECT.the location is AMAZING and the house is screaming for minor repairs mostly with exception of kitchen cabinets and retiling the floors in bath and kitchen.landscape needs some seed and a few nice bushes/plants.the roof is good.the shingles - need paint.it's all around a nice little house with A LOT of potential, but at 295 - NGanything over 270k - you're pushing it.
