Hi everyone.
Been visiting and reading for a little while here on the forums and the blog but finally decided to introduce myself :D

About me. I'm a 22yr old Design Engineer who is getting started in the real estate investing industry. Been soaking up a lot of knowledge over the last 6+ months and I feel ready to get my feet wet with investing.

I have been in contact with a few REO realtors in my area but nothing so far in the area where I want to invest.

Looking forward to getting to know many of you and learn as much as I can. There's always something new to learn everyday :)
