Are there any around the second or third weeks of November? 

I listed my South Austin property for room rental six months ago.

I spend a total of probably 5 hours a week dealing with tenants and property management related duties.

Instead of wasting 20 hours a week on your phone or TV, work a part-time job to accelerate paying down the debt and saving. 

Just the other week I was giving a tour to a potential Canadian investor, and they were shocked at how quickly a street goes from mid/high-end to....well, not as desirable.

And then decide what it will take every quarter, month, week, and day to be able to achieve those goals.

I have been working with my contractor about 23 years now and when we get involved in a project I go to the site at least 4-5 times per week.

I’m considering consulting a lawyer to clarify these issues.Two weeks ago, I reached out to the tenant via email to start a conversation and propose a win-win renewal, but I haven’t heard back yet.
