The truth is, a large percentage of landlords lose more money making rookie mistakes than they would pay for professional property management.

The land is in a very non-desirable area pretty much in the middle of no where so I would assume the cost of the land is low but don’t know how the ROI would be after you had the infrastructure up and running.

First - You should be investing to make money and a return.

But this has proved false, and when running comps, this is a big deal.
