It reminds me that by the time a new investor hears a rumor about an exploding market, most of the time it is already too late to purchase a good deal and not overpay for a property.

The rumors is that more of it is now produced in Mexico and then shipped up here, so there is no less use around.

There are rumors of more professional sports teams coming here as well.

One thing that is keeping me from doing the deal is the potential of a highway that is being expanded and is rumored to be headed in the direction of the property.
