Some investors received a note this week saying he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.He also has a new eviction on his record after refusing to leave a property he was renting.Even after multiple formal complaints to the RE board about his fraudulent activity, he somehow still has his license and active home listings.Posting this update so hopefully anyone looking to work with him, now or in the future, can see the type of person he is.

They are even working on getting me the evicted tenant's security deposit, the missing JANUARY rent since the place is still empty, and covering the cost of my own manager re-listing the property.

As Nicole mentioned I'd try going to local RE Meetups to find other mid term investors in Baltimore. 

We also have interest from some new car companies that are looking at the facilities in Windsor for re-purposing to use for EV manufacturing.

Now they want to put the properties into RE Gain Fund, LLC UpREIT (which appears to have been established in 2023). 

A lot of my friends started RE investing that way.

If I needed another RE Trust I would go back to them. 

this is the same in all markets .. guru constantly pumping new folks to wholesale .. for every 3 that enter 3 then quit but it mucks it up.
