Download, print, wet ink sign and submit.

@clint guests print the agreement and waiver and either scan it back to me or mail it to me.

*  When you get licensed, everyone (including BP) will try to sell you leads, signs, more leads, business cards, more leads, name tags, more leads, health insurance, leads, print/mail services, leads. 

There are challenges in some places too....let's say in US every agent also needs background check and finger prints to get licensed, this helps because we can then access lock boxes on private occupied homes. 

I'd print those and include them in the binder too.  

Always read up on the fine print and clearly understand the implications of what you are signing.
