Infill developer builder

I’m an infill developer / builder currently located near Toronto Canada. I’m currently building SF spec homes. However, I’m moving back to Texas and plan on building both SF spec homes and duplexes to hold long term.

I’m interested in contemporary duplex designs that lend themselves to rentals. Wondering if there are any other builder’s with recommendations for designers / sources for similar prints in North / Central Texas?
