It really came down to the fact that it was a slow market period, and his rental stood out because there weren’t as many options at the time.From a tech perspective, Zillow’s boost can help in areas where renters rely heavily on mobile searches.

What we're struggling to understand is how to underwrite/estimate the paper losses that a MF would produce and IF this strategy is worth it from an income/tax savings perspective.

Others may not own any places, but they are PM or realtors, so provide a different perspective which is nice.
