After that, they just sit there some more until they calm down convince themselves that things weren't perfect this time around, no, no, but next time...NEXT TIME THEY'LL ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING.I would easily wager that every single person on this site who has done at least half-a-dozen deals can name at least twenty people who have come and gone in each their lives who have always talked a good game, but have never managed to bring themselves to actually invest in an actual real estate endeavor.

Is it 1,2, or 3+ properties you can parlay into and still qualify for something here?

If you stood to make more money, well maybe you take a chance, but I would wager the guys who make a 20+ year career out of this are at all times aware of their risk tolerance and manage their business considering.

It was kind of the culmination of all of those roles that parlayed into my Commercial RE Investing career.

I'm lucky to have made some good money at my last startup, so I'm hoping to parlay that into a real estate business and avoid the city lifestyle.When I'm not working, I enjoy riding my horse, flying planes and working on my house.

It will also put you on track of building Agency experience, which later can be parlayed into the larger Fannie and Freedie deals a few years down the line, where the smaller banks can not compete due to overexposure to one client/neighborhood/region. 

Yeah if it's a flip may  it not be necessary but I'd wager you'd get all your money back plus.  

Because, the last thing I want you to do is play with Monty Hall and wager your money on what's behind door #2 or #3 without knowing.
