And in the case of the original poster on this thread, arranging funding is a fine part of due diligence, in my opinion.BS - Entering a deal with insufficient funds and no idea how to get them is tantamount to fraud.

That said, there are just some markets such as: New York City, Boston, a few cities in California and a few other states, where prices are unusually high comparatively that (market rate) rental income from a rental property is just insufficient hence resulting in negative net cash flow.

Unfortunately the mailing address is insufficient as per the USPS ( after looking at it on Google maps it's a duplex and I don't have the exact apartment number) the phone line is dead and the 5 email are all undeliverable.

@Jayden Hamilton I have it in my lease that tenants must pay by personal check (if I receive one with insufficient funds this is no longer an option and must be one of the following ever after), certified check, cashiers check, Venmo.
