Finding owner in foreclosure

I have found a property in preforeclosure with the owners name and plantiffs name. I've done as much background reach as possible to find the owners new address, email and phone number. Unfortunately the mailing address is insufficient as per the USPS ( after looking at it on Google maps it's a duplex and I don't have the exact apartment number) the phone line is dead and the 5 email are all undeliverable.
