And do you have a certain price range in mind and I assume you're good with up to a moderate level of rehab?

We are coming down to get a feel for some neighborhoods we've been looking at moving too and don't really have too much planned so I thought it would be a great time to connect with some lenders, investors, contractors, and liked mind individuals while I'm there!

Just keep in mind that contractors may hesitate to attend multiple pre-inspections, especially if they lead to no work.

I think the folks trying to do Airbnb and short term leasing in Cleveland's many Section 8 neighborhoods are out of their minds.

I don't necessarily mind that they are making a profit off of me; in fact, I expect it.

Now, your mind is ready to learn this new skill.

However, be mindful that preventative maintenance, such as HVAC servicing, can arise even with recent renovations.

How strict are the licensing requirements, and are there any recent changes in city or county ordinances to keep in mind?
