For a 5 minute drill, this seems like a fairly in-depth look at a property without even leaving my couch (or in front of a fan on the floor, in this case...)60 seconds to do a quick evaluation to determine if a property is worth going further, another two minutes copy and pasting numbers, and two minutes digging into RentJungle to find comparable rents.

It may be that he doesn't want to get off the couch to get dressed because it's difficult for him.

My son's friend took over a year living on friend's couches looking for a job where he wanted to live rather than accept the job they offered him right out of school in a city he didn't like.  

You end up with ten people in one 2-bedroom house, two to a bedroom, one on the couch, a couple on the living room floor, three mattresses in the basement.But by all means, try it.

I have no time for that anyway lol).During a real estate transaction,a distinction must be made between a real property(consisting of the land,the appurtenant rights and the "fixtures" such as trees,site-built homes and the likes,etc...)and personal property(the seller's car,couch,chandeliers and the likes,etc...)

I have also contemplated just adding google voice to my phone since i already own a local google voice number and using that for the business side, it would make it easier to contact people when your at the computer, you could use a mic and make your calls as well have google hangout open to text or call people when needed..
