I do know some people suggest having multi checking accounts for long rental properties.

That is dissapointing that they did not vet the people they would be spending hours and hours touring properties.

Managing and owning property is a constant process of losing the battle to win the war.

I see landlords lose thousands, even tens of thousands, making rookie mistakes that they could have avoided with a little education up front.Once the first property is under contract, start again for the second.

I’m here to gain insight into the investment side of things, and connect with people already familiar.

If this is what sub2 is, then why are people paying tens of thousands of dollars to learn this process?

Blankets and quilts people might dry but not wash in your machine (take them somewhere and think they are dry and have to throw them in again when they get home). 

Each grouping had a common room (perhaps it was shared by multiple groupings ... this was a detail I missed) with a nurses/aid workers office.Central to the two sides of the complex were common facilities such as a dining hall, gym {perhaps a pool ... another detail I missed}, theatre &  games room.With one of the fastest growing groups in our society being single people, we are examining a related idea of a  complex / building providing a modest-sized 1-bdroom "apartment" with more semi-private and common amenities.When I read the title to your thread, I thought it was a project proposing to mix students and seniors into a single complex ... and came in thinking, this ought to be interesting :-)
