To answer your question here's a brief description just for fun:  publicly I referenced politely communicating to the host a problem with their listing language, their response felt argumentative and lecturing rather than helpful but that customer service solved the problem. 

No one here needs lectures on their comments.

As for lecturing me on what "investors" do, lol, that's like the 3yr old telling Santa about Christmas. 

I don't know the timing, but that is how it will ultimately play out.Enough hijacking of a real estate site, PM me if you want the nitty gritty details, I lecture on this stuff all the time.

@Jana Cain, the Peter Harris you tube lectures, Commercial Property Ad visors, are what got me interested.

i am watching some youtube video “realestateCPA” and what they lectured is that Education hours , Research, seminars, reading books, listening to podcast do not count.

I'm also not looking for classes or any type of lectures.

Otherwise, if they seem clean and have no violations then give them a lecture on how they need to communicate better with you.
