Having an LLC per property is overkill.Each LLC is required to have its own bank account, check book, account number, annual fees paid, registered agent.Imagine if you had 10 properties how many different accounts you will need to juggle.

But back to Arn's point, do you want a full time job, and one where you (or you and your partners) are juggling countless balls all the time.

Depending on where you want to end up with the business you might not be able to juggle a full time job…just my two cents having started several businesses from scratch.
