I had to laugh.Current vacationers sent me a message and asked if my two covered jets skis, that are down at the dock on lifts, are included in their rental. 

They fly down in their private jets a few times and year and of course bring their servants, etc.

It also appears the hydro is in your name, you should never do this and in the future need to insure hydro is in the tenants name only. 

And that's with tenants paying hydro also.I think right now is a great time to buy if you haven't already. 

I scrub the addresses fairly hard, I create each mailing as a merge off the ink-jet printer using software, purchase 1st class stamps, and also use a PO Box for the return address.
