We all have a human side but at the same time, if they can't afford my terms and they have proved that they have already missed payments to other landlords, it's a super easy decision.

Regardless if a price of a property is high, I learned that sellers are humans and they will react and sell a property based on how they feel.

Usually drug neighborhoods and sometimes I buy the dealers house.
