Maybe this is because I tried to beef up my profile some or maybe their vetting process is a little better now but I have had more success finding people that are ok with lookin on-market for stuff.

They should only call or knock on your door if there's a true emergency (life, flood, or blood type stuff).

try building 75 new builds over the last 3 years and dealing with all the home inspectors who call stuff out and dont know what they are doing.. sometimes you just have to say NO not doing that. 

I've personally talked to Jordan and he knows his stuff. 

Bring stuff like that to the table and you'll have more clients than you can shake a stick at.
