I don't mind if a tenant works from home as long as that work does not create any strain whatsoever to maintenance of the property, or cause inconvenience, noise, and liability to anyone else.For example, buying and selling stuff, requiring UPS or FedEx multiple times a day for pick up, drop off, sometimes many packages on doorsteps; running a misery, conducting a yoga class, hair and nail, pet grooming, are all going to have frequent visitors that may park in neighbor's parking spaces, and you might be liable if a dog being groomed in unit C bit a baby being dropped off for baby sitting in unit B.  

Always commenting on some hair brained scheme from the point of view of actual knowledge and experience.

Sounds like people are possibly after him to me and he is booking out.You can try to say you signed this lease and owe 2 months termination etc. and see how they respond.If they make a big deal you do not want to go around for weeks splitting hairs on getting them out and what money etc..

I'm sure that's true for the young and beautiful, but what do studies show about old, very heavy set little people with long white hair and one blue eye, a patch over the other ?

I felt bad because the lease says I can have "access," but showings aren't listed.I might be splitting hairs with this approach.

I am in the units for periodic maintenance inspections and I do the majority of the cleaning between tenants, so I am in the units enough to be very bothered by cat hair.
