Yeah, this was back in the days when they sold leaded gasoline so we inhaled a lot of toxic fumes from the Sunoco next door I am sure but never for a minute did I think (or now do I think) the trade off was not worth it.

Your market may be better better educated, or maybe not.I would treat a non-warrantable condo as a less-liquid asset and much more difficult to sell quickly, as the buyer pool is smaller than its warrantable counterparts.
