I'd highly recommend getting or building a website that is setup to convert above the fold, start an AdWords, Facebook, or Bing paid campaign, and start producing content that you can share around to get links back to your site (this will help increase your SEO ranking over time).

You can't see it in this picture, but the ones I buy have a folding cover, so nothing can spill out of the top in case I end up doing a hard brake in my car and things go flying.

If you want to remove the piece from the cement, make sure the inside of the post is fairly clean and not filled w/ rust and dirt, then with a chisel, (or power chipping hammer) "GENTLY" fold the old post into the hole in the middle, it should loosen up and be able to be pulled out.

My "current year" folders stay in one of those plastic file tubs, right next to my desk (actually a 6' folding table-works better than a desk for me) so they're always close at hand.When I finally got a computer about 8 years ago it came with "EXCEL', as does every other Windows system, and it's so easy to use it's funny.
