We know what each area offers on average for cash on cash returns.If an investor wants a 12% Cash on Cash return in the Elmwood village for example we inform him that market is offering 2-5% Returns due to demand.To Joe’s point if someone is after a higher cash on cash we direct them to neighborhoods where we see those types of returns.
