Has Anyone Engaged The Help of a Structural Engineer in Chicago?
Currently managing a building in Ukrainian Village and need to have something called a critical test exam performed on a 3 story steel porch. The building is quite new (less than 50 years old) and the city just sent us a violation because this test needs to be performed every 5 years. Does anyone have a structural engineer they recommend working with on this project? Hoping to engage with someone quickly but many structural engineers haven't heard of this report. Thanks again fellow Chicago investors!
