Looking for advice on renting to an individual on a rental assistance program through the government.

Has anyone had any experience in the assisted living/nursing home complex type of developments?

Extensions are likely granted, if needed.You will receive $3k relocation assistance at the end ( unless you have other liens, back due water/sewer/HOA etc. ) You can also stay in the home until the sale closes, which gives you at least a few months payment free to be able to figure out where you will relocate.

Besides what you've mentioned, here are a few additional common expenses to consider:Landscaping (especially if there’s grass or common outdoor areas)Pest control (sometimes needed for multi-family properties)Legal/accounting fees (for lease updates, tax filing, etc.)Vacancy reserves (for covering costs during turnover)I can assist in helping you find funding, LMK! 

Along with that, retailers that actually do accept it, treat it more like an intermediary, assisting in facilitating the transaction (like visa/mastercard/western union/etc.), than they do a currency. 

Significant changes to lease terms that impact tenantAlso, the tenant would not qualify for relocation assistance if they live outside of Portland City limits, live with their landlord, or have a week-to-week tenancy.The tenant has a "Right to quiet enjoyment" No entry is allowed for maintenance or repairs without proper 24-hour notice.

The developer sold the lots to a homebuilder, and I worked with the homebuilder to assist with each individual lot being permitted.
