For example, I would place one in the game room if it is located on the opposite end of the hallway from the bathroom.

I think getting really good at one thing, establishing a network within that niche, and being able to analyze deals quickly is the key making things work.

I guess it’s just a waiting game from here on out.

Through connections with people in various markets, I was able to establish short-term rentals internationally, manage properties in different states, and diversify my investments in a way I hadn’t initially planned.A lot of these opportunities came from contacts I made over time.

My strategy is the long game, buy and hold, build equity and cash flow down the road.

Hopefully, 2025 will reward us all who have stayed in the game. 

I don't know what the issue is/was, but I think a lot of customers want to play games and he probably did his best to keep them on the straight and narrow.

We did quite well in the Timber game in the 90s Owned many thousands of acres of Timberland during that time its a great industry one of the favorite things I ever did beat the heck out of rental houses LOL

That project taught him that buyers in these well-established neighborhoods pay close attention to the details..things like making sure the ceiling lines are clean, storage is intuitive, and every inch feels purposeful rather than tacked on.For your project, thinking about the functionality of the added space is key.
