Hey @Brett Riemensnider, definitely been there with the first wave of overwhelm heading into a project!  

I get some flack on it from time to time.if you head out, you will lose those bookings.

Also looking for ways to finance these ideas that I have in my head that do not let me sleep at night! 

If that were true the various real estate niches would have almost unlimited competition and profits would head toward 0.
