Than come back to BP saying how "stuck' they feel and that it will take decades on end to get to where they want to be. 

Several years before we bought a decade old nineteen foot Airstream, parked it on a gravel driveway below our house, plopped down some red lawn chairs and put it on AirBnb.

Fast forward two decades to California and Oregon and outside of my growing RE business and portfolio, my day to day interactions with mortgage guidelines and underwriters were limited.

There are more listings to choose from now than any other time in nearly a decade.

Over the last decade the property values have risen significantly. 

Need a new roof in a 3-5 years, you probably want to be pretty liquid (year long CD, Money Market, maybe very short term bond fund etc) for those funds.On a condo board 15 years ago, I  was once able to get us into some nice CD's a decade ago that laddered with the useful life of components.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

We are already 1 MM senior housing units short as it is and we are not even in close to peak demand as Baby Boomers will continue to age for decades to come. 

They may go unnoticed for years - even decades - but when they are discovered, the ending has always been inevitable.
