I’m thinking I need a landing page, ideas and content for the landing page, platforms to advertise on in order to reach my target audience, etc.

Hello BiggerPockets Community,I've been consuming a lot of content from the BiggerPockets books and website recently, especially about networking and building your team, but until now I feel like I am stuck with a chicken-or-egg problem: How do you start building your REI network if you have limited experience and resources?

Not sure what type of fund to look at.Edit to add: Don't need highest rate of return, would bee perfectly content with 4% or so if it were easy, and pretty liquid.

Be content with getting a property here and there.

I feel I could continue leveraging content here on BP and other reputable sources for coaching without giving up this much in profit.

BiggerPockets is such a great space to learn about real estate investing but we have focused our efforts on providing helpful information and useful content in relevant forums, rather than promotion.

Thanks fellas, Finding time to look over all the great content here on BP while looking for properties and working full time with an hour commute each way is challenging.
