Its a delicate dance.Having some level of compassion will help your business to preform better.

There are so many listing sites from zillow to trulia to compass to redfin to realtor to houselights to 100s of others.Most of they have same set of features(property details, neighborhood insights, tax records, property records, recent transaction records, estimates etc..); even many shared customers; then what real advantage they serve for an Buyer/Seller/Agent;  in the end one has to pay for listings and followups on many since we try to list on multiple of them.Thanks in advance.All the Best

At that moment, I learned something about empathy and compassion in action that has stuck with me ever since.Mentors come in all shapes and from all walks of life.A mentor doesn’t necessarily need to be a successful person to make a difference in a person’s life.A mentorship, Coach, or Mastermind dynamic is formed when someone is open to learning and growing, not just in their craft, but also in life.

And...that brings me to how a high percent of customers are serious thieves with no moral compass because my employees and even myself, being the owner of the company, are constantly being asked by my customers if we can do the work on the side.

In other words, I don't know as much on that side of things.The agent I was working with has since moved to compass and he is considering having me join his team again, but we'll see how all of that goes, especially since I'm in another state.

If I'm not mistaken Compass Real Estate has a concierge program that is actually a model of this.
