What are wages doing in comparison to rents.  

This comparison is a little difficult to do, since hotels and apartments have significantly different structures (i.e. you typically don't see people making 100-room apartments or condos).

I am estimating the rent,  the range for the area $1200-$1675  but very few SFH for rent for me to make a good comparison. $1450 is what rent needs for $132 cash flow. 

So I consider this a huge success in comparison to the alternative.
