Does the local grocery store spend time justifying their price for a T-bone steak? 

Recently, Steak n Shake in PF stopped having someone seat you, you now go to the counter to order and then they installed a drink machine so you get it yourself.  

We haven't sold anything because in my view it's like cutting your cow into steaks.

Could be a steak and lobster dinner.

How in the world can we expect others to help us achieve our visions if the ones closest to us are not 100% sure? 

The closest one to you will be the one in Lowell.

This doesn’t always mean the closest neighborhoodAt the end of the day, if you have a property where there a few comps and few others on the market, it can be an indicator that demand is outweighing supply and you are in a great spot to make a deal 👍

My neighbor - the closest to the driveway - has a survey from 2016 showing the easement.

All sizzle and no steak is the opposite mindset of a new real estate owner/ investor.   

I don't expect the experience to be a cup of coffee or a steak dinner, but a genuine professional opinion on the property with cost numbers for repairs and renovations.Not so worried that my due diligence may cost me a bit more than a SFR or a turn-key property.
