Is it on a busy street, does it have a view, etc..

Especially right now while realtors are hungry for business, it could be a good opportunity.

Hard money is a great way to scale your business and leverage the funds you have available. 

I remember studying your business model early on through your posts and early podcast episodes.

For another business I run I do post daily accountability in a FB/mentorship group and that does help me stay on track.

It’s a gem for insights into running and expanding a business.
