$800 - 150(vacancy and repairs) = 650 - 417(pitia) = 233.00Even if the property doesn't give us the equity we need, we are on pace for buying another property in about 6 months or so.

My wife and I were having a conversation recently, the subject of retirement has come up a lot lately, and I was telling her that outside of our 401K money, I was concerned about not being able to push the pace as hard as I can now at work and it affecting how much money I earn so I was saying that we need another plan.

I personally liked the online aspect as I was able to go at my own pace and do it when I had time.I also do agree that you will learn most of your knowledge about real estate outside of the class, but there are things that come up where you remember having studied it for your class.

I will say that I have seen such a massive spike in the prices of homes over that way that it in such a short period of time rents have not been able to keep pace to provide great returns.The vast majority of all of the properties that I have been working on lately have been over in the NE along the 35 corridors.
