Ignoring the geographical dilemma, if you’re job is to manage and their job is to finance and find more deals, and all rooms are empty and you see them sitting on the computer or away at work and you’re all alone to do this and become bitter because you’re comparing momentary circumstances, it will kill the partnership.

@Melanie Stephens Upon reading your topic and reflecting back on deals (plural) that I had in my hands but let it go due to bad judgment or miscalculations, it became too overwhelming for me and suddenly I started to have feelings of disappointment, upset, and bitterness ... so I immediately had to stop thinking about those lost deals and go out for a run!
