Can you guys recommend me a trustworthy contractor specializes in mobile home in south bend/mishawaka area?

Then you all show up the same day expecting it to be only yours.Don't bend on title as its needed and get title insurance. 

Son you are an independent contractor .. you work for yourself you take no BULL @$$ from anyone period.If the clients are great and you work well bend over backwards if they are not simply don't work with them choose your clients well.. and this business will treat you well..

Or I could bend on rate and term but I would want more cash down.If you find someone that will give you all three.  

Personally, I'd rather lose the listing/client than bend over backwards for someone who will not pay me what I am worth and/or lose money on a listing.
