For me, I would want to hang a large banner promoting my business and even If I just broke even on a small commercial building it would be worth it for free advertisement.  

All our services are free and we would love to exchange banner with your site.

Click "Find An Agent" in the top banner and see BP recommendations and reviews for local Realtors with investor experience.

If you will fill out the keyword alert, upper right, top of page under yellow banner, with terms like probate, inheritance, etc. you will be notified about those discussions.

I am thinking about removing trees, vestibule at the entrance, all signage/banner, replacing front windows, installing an overhang at the front entrance,  and repaint roof, soffit, and wall.Am I going in the right direction?

Your Youtube videos you produce should lure them onto your website from where ever outside source they see your video.Once on your website, you do not want to have your traffic see videos with the youtube banner, youtube link, and the recommended videos that are displayed after the video is done.
