What are the best ways to market your apartment units?  Are different strategies better for different situations?  Where can I get information to learn more?

 For my property on The Ohio State University, I market through the University. For all of my others I have a PM company that has had great success with Zillow. I have also used Facebook in the past but you get a lot of people that do not meet the qualifications( or at least my leasing qualifications).
