I Need to replace the sewer lines under the slab of my rental after a major backup and flood.

Is that the burners under a BBQ grill?

So I am not alone here.And I actually know alot, I have been a project manager on 3 new construction properties...I am just trying to back up the things I know to make sure im not missing things you know.

Then when I did my own research on a few interesting things he talked about, I was unable to find anything to backup his claims.

My question is, are there any other potential causes for this sewage backup, and anything else I should be thinking about that could make it much more costly than $1,000 or so to remediate?

It is not a bad idea to keep debt if it allows one to have lots of back up cash.

Have a lockbox with key available as backup 

The reviews were a joke and were probably because people didn't mind the issues when they were paying so cheap (we weren't paying so cheap but were traveling with our dog). 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were broken (I fixed one of them myself).
