If I find a lie or fib during the confirmation stage of the vetting process, no excuses.

Also had a roofing contractor lie about the state of the roof in hopes of getting a new one - when our own roofer said there was nothing wrong with it and the life span of a roof is a lot more than 10 years. 

Its who I rent from :D From what I've read it is a federal offense to lie like that on forms.

But the bigger issue here lies with the insurance carriers actions.

Furthermore, I will throw free highspeed internet, which I have lying around for my various security cameras (mainly for me so I can see if it snows or whatever).I manage it with my wife.

@Chris Seveney, If you had paid $20k for a "mentorship" you could have made $100 million by now while working 4 hours per week (The 4 Hour Work Week) while lying around the beach in front of your $10 Million condo and your Rolls Royce with 3 bikini clad 19 year olds at your beck and call.  

You can keep heading down this same course of action, constantly getting ignored and lied to, or you can have an abundance mentality and a wealthy mindset and make a business decision.

I posted a reply similar to the above every time I saw the carls’ post such a statement.I will state that I do not think they were lying.  

Check the county assessor’s website for owners of similar buildings and reach out to any recent buyers or owners of multiple units.
