I have been a ll for decades and would never expect a tenant to pay for any of this.At the end of the day you must decide what you need to do regardless of the opinion of a bunch of internet folk!

i'd never tell a random person on the Internet "yes you should definitely move to Ohio!"

As things become less and less affordable we are actively seeing more people push to an hour away from a city, even into rural areas, as long as the internet speed is strong enough. 

Hoping to use the internet as a resource as well.

If you have internet connection onsite the meter has 5 year battery and you can read it remotely.The old versions basically had an outside meter in a lock box in parallel with the water line.  

I can think of mortgage, taxes, insurance, STR insurance, water/sewer, electricity, trash, internet/cable, cleaning (can pass through), supplies, and software.

It involved installing meters inline that reported wirelessly to the internet and allowed you to bill each tenant.  

I had to start all services including internet and they don't know how they will reimburse for services since they aren't paying for them. 

with rates and prices where they are it is not possible to Internet right now.

I'm not just throwing stones to be a critical stranger on the internet.
