I just had a long conversation with a friend about this topic (after a flight attendant looked at purchasing one of my flips as a crash pad) - basically - get as many bedrooms as possible - stack them with bunkbeds - home should be completely furnished and a vehicle provided - and it would help tremendously if you or a friend/relative work for an airline

Seems like you would have to buy a lot of these and I dont know whether its practicalI do this on the side to accumulate massive amounts of airline miles.That said, it's no easy process, and there is about a 1.5% transactional cost, and then you need to find a lawyer/title company that will accept all these prepaid cash cards since the maximum balance amount is $500  LOL

lots of airline pilots reside right across the river from PDX for example.excise tax sure cuts down on the wholesaling though and I like that .. keeps the deals real.Not sure about the rental rules as I am not in the rental game on the west coast nor have I any interest in that in this area.
